Description of the activity:

This activity will help you figure out which language learning categories you would benefit from focusing on. It shows you where your strong and weak points are and helps you set realistic and achievable learning goals. The focus is on becoming acquainted with the CEFR framework and understanding where your learning needs to be, depending on what you can and can’t do.

2. CREATING MY SMARTE GOALS

Description of the activity:

This exercise aims to make your goals smart and make you become aware of why you want to achieve them and what it will do for you when you have reached them. This exercise will help motivate you in the process of reaching that goal.

Description of the activity:

To make the most out of your learning, you need to keep in mind what kind of learning strategies you are more comfortable with in different situations. This activity introduces you to different learning strategies and guides you through the selection and experimentation of these until you find the ones that work best for you.

Description of the activity:

Understand the link between thoughts and behaviour to understand when your thoughts lead you away from learning. This activity helps you to identify and illustrate the interaction between your thoughts and actions, as well as to analyse the feelings and emotions that affect your behaviour.
